π§ Clipper Sensitivity
Dogs with iron allergies or sensitive skin may experience redness, itching, or scratching after clipper use. Please check your pet's condition after grooming and use a cone collar if needed to prevent wounds from excessive licking or scratching.
ποΈ Eye Care
During facial grooming, we keep hair away from the eyes as much as possible, but fine hairs may still enter. We always apply eye sanitizer after the treatment. If your dog tries to scratch its eyes or rub its face, please use a cone collar.
πΎ Post-Grooming Reactions
Dogs may lick or scratch after clipping around their genitals, stomachs, and paw pads. They may also shake their ears after cleaning or scoot after anal gland expression. These are normal reactions.
π§Ά Matted or Tangled Coats
Dogs with severe matting may develop skin rashes or redness after grooming. This typically subsides within 2β3 days.
β Special Requests
If you do not want us to remove hair inside the ears, trim paw pad hair, or shorten genital hair, please let us know before the grooming session begins.
π Liability
We are not responsible for wounds caused by severe licking or scratching after grooming, or for wounds that occur a few days after the haircut, other than direct wounds.
